Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched on the next working day after. All orders are shipped on a next-working day delivery service.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Free delivery is available on all orders of £50 or more. Orders below £50 incur a flat delivery charge of £7.00, applied at checkout.

Age Verification

Important: As an alcoholic product, all orders are subject to age verification. You must be 18 or over to purchase from Birra Montecassino. By placing an order, you confirm that you and the intended recipient are aged 18 or above. Our couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy and may request photographic ID upon delivery.

If the recipient cannot provide valid ID, or if we have reason to believe the delivery address involves an underage recipient, the order will not be delivered and may be returned at the customer's cost.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the goods are unopened and in their original condition. This right does not apply to perishable goods or goods that have been opened.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable. We may ask you to return the damaged goods before processing a refund.

Please do not dispose of damaged packaging or products before contacting us — we may need these for courier claims.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened bottles or cans of beer
  • Perishable goods that have passed their best-before date
  • Items purchased as part of a sale or promotional offer (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards or vouchers

If you believe a product is faulty or not as described, this exclusion does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team using the details below. Do not send goods back without first receiving authorisation, as we cannot guarantee a refund for unauthorised returns.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid returns label (for damaged or incorrect orders) or instructions for returning the goods at your own cost (for change-of-mind returns).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
