1. The Promoter

The promoter is BIRRAMCUK LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17075567, whose registered office is at Unit 2 (D+E) Commercial Hill Top, Leeds, LS13 2DN (the "Promoter"). Correspondence regarding this promotion should be sent to info@birramontecassino.co.uk.

2. The Promotion

The "Win a Trip to Italy" prize draw (the "Promotion") opens at 00:01 (UK time) on 12 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 17 July 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

3.2 Both the winner and their chosen guest must be aged 18 or over at the time of travel. Proof of age and identity may be required before the prize is awarded.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter by purchase, buy any case of 12 bottles of Birra Montecassino from birramontecassino.co.uk during the Promotion Period. Each case of 12 purchased equals one (1) entry into the prize draw. Multiple purchases earn multiple entries.

4.2 Qualifying products are any case of 12, including the Mix Case of 12 and single-style cases of Alba, Aurea, and Dubbel.

4.3 Products are sold at their normal price; no payment is required beyond the standard purchase price of the product. Entry is automatic upon completion of a qualifying purchase — no further action is needed.

4.4 Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or subject to a chargeback before the draw date will have their associated entries voided.

4.5 Free entry route — no purchase necessary. To enter without making a purchase, send a letter or postcard including your full name, postal address, email address, and date of birth to: Win a Trip to Italy Giveaway, BIRRAMCUK LTD, Unit 2 (D+E) Commercial Hill Top, Leeds, LS13 2DN. Each valid postal entry received during the Promotion Period equals one (1) entry. Postal entries are limited to one entry per envelope and must be received by the close of the Promotion Period; proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Postal entries will be treated identically to purchase entries in the draw. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be counted.

5. The Prize

5.1 There is one (1) prize available, consisting of a trip to Italy for the winner and one guest comprising:

• Return flights for two from a UK airport to Italy;
• Two (2) nights' hotel accommodation in either Rome or Naples (winner's choice);
• Two (2) nights' hotel accommodation in Cassino;
• Ground transfers within Italy as part of the prize itinerary;
• A full meal for two at Montecassino Brewery;
• A brewery tour at Montecassino Brewery;
• A visit to the historic Montecassino Abbey.

5.2 Travel dates will be agreed between the winner and the Promoter following the draw, and are subject to flight and accommodation availability.

5.3 The prize does not include: travel insurance, meals and drinks other than those specified, spending money, passport or visa costs, transport to and from the UK departure airport, or any other cost not expressly listed. The winner and guest are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents and any necessary insurance.

5.4 The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. If the prize, or any part of it, becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries (purchase and postal) within seven (7) working days of the close of the Promotion Period, using independent random draw software.

6.2 The winner will be notified by email (or by post, for postal entrants who do not provide an email address) within seven (7) working days of the draw. The winner must respond to confirm acceptance within fourteen (14) days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

6.3 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Publicity

7.1 The surname and county of the winner will be made available on request to anyone who emails info@birramontecassino.co.uk within three months of the closing date.

7.2 The winner may object to their surname and county being published or made available by contacting the Promoter at info@birramontecassino.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter will nevertheless provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

7.3 Any further publicity involving the winner (such as photographs or social media features) will only take place with the winner's prior consent.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Promotion and awarding the prize, in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy available at https://birramontecassino.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy. Entrants' data will not be used for marketing purposes unless separate consent has been given.

9. General

9.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed as a result of technical failures, network issues, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).

9.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will be communicated on birramontecassino.co.uk.

9.4 If there is any reason to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or any fraudulent or dishonest conduct, the Promoter may at its sole discretion exclude the relevant entrant from the Promotion.

9.5 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
